14 October 2014José Eduardo dos SantosPresident of Angolaghcharmer@hotmail.com, massano@lda.bna.aoproprio@armandomanuel.netPresident dos Santos,30 | P a g eRe: immediate cessation of covert depopulation measuresAngola’s population has grown from 4 million in 1950 to nearly 19 million today, a fivefold increase, andis expected to swell to 47 million by 2060 due to having one of the highest fertility rates in the world at5.6 children per woman. More than half of all Angolans are under 15 years of age, infant mortality ratesare among the highest in the world at an estimated 180 deaths per 1000 births and life expectancy isamong the lowest in the world at 37 years.Until the year 2000, the total fertility rate of Angola was unchanged at 7 children per woman even thoughthe country had been suffering civil war for more than 25 years. Since fertility rates do not decrease ontheir own, one can only assume that you are allowing the international community to sterilize your peoplethrough vaccines that contain sterilizing agents, but are administered under various pretexts; perhaps asanti-tetanus shots, oral polio vaccines or to presumably protect girls against cervical cancer.Your country has vast mineral and petroleum reserves, the fastest growing economy in Africa and a closerelationship with China, which is the only country on earth that has tackled population control honorablyand legally. You should therefore abandon all covert methods of depopulation, as they cause untoldillness and suffering, and legislate family size restrictions.Instead of stealing billions of dollars of oil revenue from the government coffers, your civil servants andyour members of government must think about the country’s future and invest in Angola’s children ratherthan buying property and stocks in Europe. Political authoritarianism and pervasive corruption will takeyour country nowhere but back to war. Angola was once a breadbasket of Africa and a major exporter offood while now it is dependent on expensive food imports from abroad.Population control is an absolute necessity and you have the opportunity to do it the right way and not theWest’s way, which will devastate your people’s bodies and minds and leave your country inhabited bywalking dead. Join me in forging global consensus for a population control law that applies worldwideand you will have a lasting positive legacy on Angola and on the world. Sell your soul to the UN andmake yourself a party to genocide and you will end up in front of a firing squad. I hope you will make theright choice and that you will reach out to me to help you make the right choice.Sincerely,Kevin GalalaeCenter of Global Consciousness
