Andorra is too small to be statistically significant for the global population. It is however ofgreat interest because it is the only country in the world where the Catholic Church, which ispurportedly defending the unborn, is part of the government. This means that the Vatican andthe College of Cardinals, contrary to their public statements, have known about covert methodsof depopulation and tacitly approved their use in Andorra, where they have legislative powers,since the inception of the UN in 1945. That explains why Pope Francis remained silentthroughout my 46-day-long hunger strike at the Vatican’s doorsteps in 2014. The Vatican is prolifebut it is also pro covert contraception to prevent the moment of conception so that people donot have to abort. In light of its public stance against contraception this is a grossly hypocriticalposition.Andorra is also interesting because it employed covert methods of depopulation 18 years beforeit became a UN member state in 1993 and thus of its own volition. This means that Andorra,despite its catholic credentials, committed to covert depopulation in 1975, when Joan Martí iAlanis (1971-2003) was the Bishop of Urgell and Episcopal Co-Prince of Andorra, and hasstayed the course ever since. It also experimented with covert depopulation from 1945 to 1957when Ramon Iglesias I Navarri was the Bishop of Urgell and Episcopal Co-Prince of Andorra, aposition he held from 1943 to 1969.Due to Andorra’s peculiar political system, which designates the President of France as Co-Prince of the Principality of Andorra, the two countries are connected at the highest level ofgovernance and this makes the presidents of France co-responsible for the crimes committed inAndorra in the name of population control.Andorra is in stage five of the demographic transition.28 | P a g e
