Catholic Church, has employed a covert method of depopulation, but one that does not seem tohave impacted the life expectancy of the Andorran people, which is the second longest in theworld.Nevertheless, subverting people’s reproductive rights is illegal and I ask that you cease anddesist any and all covert depopulation methods, especially since your people’s fertility is soseverely damaged as to be far below replacement level.Instead of violating the people’s fundamental rights I ask that you join my effort to forge globalconsensus for replacement level fertility as a Planetary Security Prerogative enshrined ininternational law at the global governance level and that you instruct your permanent mission atthe UN to compel a vote in the General Assembly to this end.Since the Catholic Church is part and parcel of the Andorran government, and I have been incontact with the Vatican since July 2012 on this issue, though without any success since theVatican is central to the global depopulation effort, I advise you to abandon hypocrisy and to tellyour people the truth before the people’s trust in their government and institutions is irrevocablylost.If you decide to live according to the Christian values that purportedly define Andorra, I willassist you in way I can and will not hesitate to travel to your country to speak to you in private.If you continue to hide behind lies and deception, however, you will do irreparable harm to thecredibility of the Church and the viability of the state, to say nothing about the genetic andintellectual endowment of your people, which can only have disastrous consequences.Sincerely,Kevin GalalaeCenter of Global Consciousness27 | P a g e
