Cuba is a UN founding member but did not join the Global Depopulation Policy until 1962. Asa result, the total fertility rate decreased from nearly 5 children per woman prior to 1962 to just 2children per woman by 1978.None other than Fidel Castro is responsible for instituting covert methods of depopulation, for hehas been in full control of the country since 1959. Despite his populist credentials and the anti-American rhetoric, Fidel Castro has been no better and no worse than the architects of the post-World War II international order.His brother and successor since 2006, Raúl Castro, has continued to poison the Cuban peoplewith fluoridated salt, which has been Cuba’s method of choice for sterilizing the people since atleast 1989. Prior to 1989, Cuba used fluoride tablets, injectable contraceptives and surgicalsterilizations. In addition, Cuba has relied heavily on abortion, which, the historical recordshows, has on average ended 40% of all pregnancies since the early 1970s until today.197 | P a g e
