And no other nation meets thedefinition of sustainable development and has a smaller ecological footprint than Cuba.Despite America’s subversive activities, aggression and sabotage, and a socio-economic systemthat has many shortcomings, Cuba has survived and flourished as an independent, proud andethical nation.Yet your people’s extraordinary accomplishments are in peril due to the program of populationcontrol adopted by the Cuban government in the 60s. Unless and until Cuba stops deliberatelysubverting its people’s reproductive systems through endocrine disruptors, the intellectual andsocial accomplishments realized since independence will gradually evaporate and all Cuba willbe left with will be a sick, feeble and retarded population.Cuba is ideally placed to pursue population control honorably and legally and thus fulfill itsinternational obligations with respect to international security without harming the minds andbodies of its people in order to placate the genocidal policies of the United Nations and itssponsors in America and Europe.Cuba’s high metrics in health and education, combined with its very high Human DevelopmentIndex and its one-party political system, will make legislating population control relatively easy.I urge you to abandon covert depopulation and to adopt overt legislation to accomplish yourdemographic objectives and complete the demographic transition within and not outside the ruleof law.I can help you do this and you can help me forge global consensus for worldwide laws limitingfamily size, an outcome that is absolutely necessary and inevitable.Sincerely,Kevin GalalaeCenter of Global Consciousness196 | P a g e
