18 October 2014Henry PunaPrime Minister of Cook Islandshttp://www.cook-islands.gov.ck/jtangi@oyster.net.ck, otheniel@pmoffice.gov.ckhttp://www.pmoffice.gov.ck/index.php?option=com_contact&view=contact&id=2%3Acppo&catid=34%3Acpp&Itemid=30Prime Minister Puna,Re: immediate cessation of covert depopulation measuresThe Cook Islands rejoined the Global Depopulation Policy in 1995 when the Cook Island’sPolicy on Women and a Programme of Action were formulated. At that time women had anaverage of 5 children. The total fertility rate has in the meantime decreased to 2.3 children perwoman as of 2013.Due to heavy migration to New Zealand the population of the Cook Islands has remained stableat circa 15.000 people for the past decade. The contraceptive prevalence rate is the highest in thePacific at 48% so there is no reason to believe that coercion and compulsion were used in theCook Islands by the family planning program to accomplish the desired demographic objectives.Nevertheless, your people must be aware that the UN and western aid agencies have used covertmethods of depopulation since 1945 and one such method, endocrine disruptors, affect yourpeople every time they consume a soft drink or bottled water from a plastic bottle or a metal can,as well as every time they eat anything that comes out of a metal can or plastic packaging, asthey are all lined with epoxy resins made from BPA, a potent sterilizing agent. That your people are severely affected by endocrine disruptors deliberately inserted in food anddrinks for sterilizing purposes is made evident by the astoundingly high prevalence rate ofobesity, which for adults stands at 64%, one of the highest in the world. Since the desired familysize of your people is 3 children according to a recent survey, Cook Islanders have clearly beenrendered physiologically incapable of reaching their dreams. This is supported by the datacollected and published by your government in a 2005 report, which shows that Cook Islandersare rather reluctant to use contraceptives yet nevertheless their total fertility rate has dropped likea plane from the sky. With a population density of 87 people per square kilometer and no natural resources to speak of,Cook Islanders, however, have no choice but to limit themselves to replacement level fertility, but they do have a choice in how to accomplish this goal.182 | P a g e
