As aresult, the western populace is severely downgraded both intellectually and genetically and on the brink ofextinction. Already a quarter of the population has lost the ability to procreate and, as a result, millions ofgenetic lineages are dying out. And the remainder of the populace suffers from chronic and debilitatingillnesses related to their weakened immune and damaged endocrine systems. In their current state, thepeople of the western world are incapable of defending themselves and the vast majority is even incapableof recognizing that their own elected governments and the moneyed elites who control them are activelypursuing their engineered extinction.Without help from the outside we will not survive the slaughter. As the last point of resistance left in thewestern world, I ask for China’s help to save the people of the world from attack by covert, immoral anddiabolical methods.China has made the right choice in joining the other BRIC nations to decouple itself from the Anglo-Saxon world order based on globalization and depopulation, by which the world’s people are beingimpoverished and annihilated by diabolical elites.I ask that you empower the institutions of state and the Chinese media to assist me in ridding the world ofthis last embodiment of evil and in forging consensus for global legislation of population control, withoutwhich the world will never escape the cycles of poverty and war.I look forward to meeting with you on Chinese soil do discuss how best to accomplish this life and deathgoal.Sincerely,Kevin GalalaeCenter of Global Consciousness160 | P a g e
