But ill-health, mental retardation, cognitivedisorders and premature death are the side effects of this diabolical policy of population control, whichtook effect in 1965 during President Eduardo Frei Montalva’s administration and was accelerated by themurderous administration of General Augusto Pinochet.The walls of deception and lies that have kept this system secret until 2012, when I exposed it in all itshideousness, have fallen and the heads of state who oversee the implementation of covert poisoning ontheir own people and under the guidance of the UN and pressure from the US are responsible for crimesagainst humanity and genocide.
