The man responsible for introducing covert depopulation measures as soon as he took office in1963 is Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson (1963-1968). This is not surprising as he participatedin the establishment of the UN in 1943 and 1944, then headed the Canadian delegation to the UNfrom 1946 to 1956, and served as the 8 th President of the United Nations General Assembly in1952.Every subsequent Canadian prime minister since Pearson has continued to poison the Canadianpeople and has contributed to the covert depopulation program: Pierre Trudeau (1968-1979,1980-1984), Joe Clark (1979-1980), Brian Mulroney (1984-1993), Jean Chrétien (1993-2003),Paul Martin (2003-2006), and the incumbent Stephen Harper (since February 2006).Canada’s total fertility rate dropped from almost 4 to just 2 children per woman in ten years,from 1963 to 1973, at a time when contraceptives were rare and could therefore play no role inthe fertility drop. Even the current contraceptive prevalence rate of 74% cannot possibly explainthe extremely low fertility of 1.6 children per woman.Nor can Canada’s abortion rate of 14.7 abortions per 1,000 women be anything other than aninsignificant factor in Canada’s sub-replacement level fertility. Furthermore, when Canada’sfertility dropped like a plane from the sky during the 1960s, the abortion rate was near zero.In return for its war on fertility, Canada has been rewarded with a growing GDP. As thehistorical record shows, Canada’s GDP per capita began rising at the same time as fertility begandropping in the early 1960s.Canada is in the fourth stage of the demographic transition.142 | P a g e
