Morealarmingly, three quarters of your people depend on dwindling groundwater reservoirs as there ishardly any surface water available.Botswana, however, is well placed to tackle its population and resource scarcity problemsthrough legal and moral means because it has the highest Human Development Index and one ofthe highest living standards of Sub-Saharan Africa, enjoys political stability since itsindependence and has a functioning democracy.But instead of using your political and human assets to solve your nation’s problems you haveaccepted the West’s covert methods of depopulation and are subverting your people’s fertilityunder the pretext of combatting the HIV/AIDS epidemic and with the aid of genocidalorganizations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Merck Foundation.You can continue on this path and irreversibly damage the health of your people and theirgenetic endowment, as well as perverting the rule of law and destroying democracy, or you canjoin me to forge global consensus for a worldwide population control law that restricts familiesto two children, thus to replacement level fertility.For your own sake and especially for the sake of your people, I hope you will choose the latter.If you do, I stand by to advise you on how to accomplish your socioeconomic aspirations,preserve your national and personal integrity, and fulfill your international responsibilitieswithout waging an undeclared war of attrition on your own people.Sincerely,Kevin GalalaeCenter of Global Consciousness109 | P a g e
