By the end of the 1980s the lifespan of your people began to rapidly decrease due tothe AIDS epidemic and within 25 years it went from 61 years in 1985 down to 35 years in 2006 and hassince bounced back up to 54 years.To date, more than a quarter of your people are AIDS infected; the second highest infection ratein the world after Swaziland.108 | P a g e
