Responsible for Bosnia’s early participation in the Global Depopulation Policy is Marshal JosipBroz Tito, President of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia from 1953 to 1980.Since independence in 1991, responsibility for the covert depopulation program has passed to theMinistry of Health and it is doubtful that the diffuse and inconsequential executive leadership ofBosnia and Herzegovina is even aware that their people are being poisoned into sterility andearly death, especially since this is being accomplished through imported western Europeanbeverages and food.At 46% the contraceptive prevalence rate is far too low to explain the country’s sub-replacementlever fertility. At 1.4 abortions for every 1,000 women, the abortion rate is also a non-factor inthe country’s fertility decline.Bosnia and Herzegovina is in the fifth and last stage of the demographic transition.106 | P a g e
