<strong><strong>OF</strong>FICIAL</strong> <strong>GAZETTE</strong> <strong>OF</strong> <strong>THE</strong> <strong>REPUBLIC</strong> <strong>OF</strong> <strong>KOSOVA</strong> / PRISTINA: YEAR V / No. 68 / 16 APRIL 2010PRELIMINARY DECISIONRepublika e KosovësRepublika Kosova - Republic of KosovaQeveria - Vlada - GovernmentNo. 03/120Date: 16.04.2010Pursuant to Article 92, paragraph 4 and Article 93, paragraph (4) of the Constitution of the Republic ofKosovo, Article 10, paragraph 1 of the Law No. 03/L-139 on the Expropriation of Immovable Property aswell as Article 4, paragraph (3) of the Rules of Procedure of the Government of Kosovo, No. 01/2007,the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, at its meeting held on 16 April 2010, approved thisPRELIMINARY DECISION1.2.3.4.5.Expropriation of immovable property in the cadastral lots presented in the table below, part of thisDecision, for the commencement of the construction of the Highway Vermice-Merdar, respectively thesegment covering the following cadastral zones: Vermice, Zhur, Poslisht, Vlashi, Prizren, Atmagje,Dushanova, Trepetice, Petrova Sello, Ceprac, Shpenadi, Velezhe and Novake of the Municipality ofPrizren, is approved.Ministry of Finance and Economy and the Municipal Assembly of Prizren are obliged to implement thisDecision, whereas Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications shall provide technical support duringthis process.Ministry of Finance and Economy, in cooperation with the Municipal Assembly of Prizren, is obliged,within 5 (five) working days after the signature of this preliminary decision, to inform the owners andclaimants of the land to be expropriated and within ten working days, after its approval, to publish it inthe Official Gazette of Kosovo as well as in the most sold daily newspaper in Kosovo.The Government of Kosovo and other responsible institutions for the compensation of property, to beexpropriated, are obliged to act in compliance with the law.The owner or claimant of the property, for his/her part of the lot to be expropriated, the demanding entityand the stakeholder in a property concerned, may lodge a complaint against this Decision pursuant tothe legislation in force.1
