Still, she’s consideringrelocation to a place with a larger Blackpopulation and support networks like theOregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs,located in Portland.Julie says, “Interaction with other Blacks issomething you can’t replace because there’s amutual understanding of the obstacles we face,like the difficulty of growing without properfinancing or support.
