While accept<strong>in</strong>g the document for registration the Jo<strong>in</strong>t Sub-Registrar shali ascerta<strong>in</strong>that,-(o) the document fulfils the conditions, specified under the Act, rules and ordersframed there und.er ;(b) the stamp duty and registration fees and other charges are duly paid;(c) the registration of the document is not prohibited by any exist<strong>in</strong>g law, ord.er of theCourt or order of any Competent Authority.12. If on scrut<strong>in</strong>y of doeument it is found that, there is no prima facie oblection forregistration of the document, it shall be registered and made availabie onl<strong>in</strong>e for download<strong>in</strong>g.It may also be forwarded to the e-mail address provided by the parties.13. If on scrut<strong>in</strong>y of document it is found that, there is anyth<strong>in</strong>g objectionable forregistration of the document, the objection wiii be conveyed on the e-mail ad
