RESERVE PRICES - Vendors shall have the right to refuse to accept the final bid for their animals.The auctioneers reserve the right to charge half commission on the amount of the final bid in thecase of animals which fail to reach the Vendors reserve price.All pedigree animals will be sold in guineas (105 pence) and all commercial cattle will be sold in£’s. A commission of 5% will be charged by the Auctioneers on all sales. A further levy of 1% willbe charged and paid to the British Limousin Cattle Society. No animal may be sold privately beforebeing passed through the auction ring and FULL COMMISSION will be charged on the saleof any animal sold by private treaty after the auction.
