5 Front Panel Operation5.1 Result DisplayCMS-K models have a 6 button keypad and a smallgraphical LCD. This allows the display of the testresult (current cleanliness level, with water contentand temperature if applicable).The graphical format allows a full display of all codes of the standardssupported.The unit powers up in "Display Mode’’. This displays the test resultin the selected format. Figures 5.1 onward show those available. 5The screenshots on the right are the "detailed’’ version of the displayadditionally showing the particle counts and flow rate. Theparticle sizes and count representation are automatically matched tothe selected format.The operator can switch between the "simple’’ and "detailed’’ displaysusing ▲ and ▼.The horizontal line is the progress bar, it grows from left to right asthe test progresses. When it reaches the right hand side a new resultis generated.5 The selected format is typically set during installation (using CMS-View).
