innova<strong>to</strong>r, his initial role was <strong>to</strong> make possible the delivery of trend<br />
forecasting information <strong>to</strong> fashion professionals around the globe. Itay<br />
used his engineering skills <strong>to</strong> launch innovative online applications that<br />
assist the product development process and allow users <strong>to</strong> assemble their<br />
own trend collections and communicate them <strong>to</strong> their peers. As the CEO<br />
of <strong>Fashion</strong> Snoops, Itay’s main goal is <strong>to</strong> spearhead the company’s global<br />
business development and expansion plans.<br />
Lilly Berelovich—owner, president, and chief creative officer of<br />
<strong>Fashion</strong> Snoops<br />
Lilly started her career spending more than ten years in the fashion industry<br />
as a children’s wear and junior designer in New York and Montreal.<br />
In 2001, frustrated with the limited access that designers had <strong>to</strong><br />
accurate and timely trend information, she launched <strong>Fashion</strong>snoops.com.<br />
Today, Lilly is the creative force behind the company. She applies the<br />
service <strong>to</strong> her work as a consultant for companies needing branding, positioning<br />
design, and merchandising for labels in New York and around<br />
the globe. Lilly is also a renowned consultant for clients in the licensing<br />
world, creating licensing deals and providing trend direction.<br />
Frank Bober—CEO of Stylesight<br />
A native New Yorker, Frank began his career in the 1960s as a menswear<br />
designer with a collection under his name. He held senior executive<br />
positions at Arthur Richards and Polo before starting his own company,<br />
CMT Enterprises, in 1979, which pioneered a then-new private label concept<br />
of apparel design and product development for many of America’s<br />
