This includes providing the candidate with:clear and constructive feedback on the assessment decisioninformation on ways of overcoming any identified gaps in competencyrevealed by the assessmentthe opportunity to discuss the assessment process and outcomeinformation on reassessment and appeals processes.4.4.6 Step 6 - Record and Report the ResultThe assessor must:record the assessment outcome according to the approved policies andproceduresmaintain records of the assessment procedure, evidence collected and theoutcome according to the approved policies and proceduresmaintain the confidentiality of the assessment outcomeorganise the issuance of qualifications and/or Statements of Attainmentaccording to the approved policies and procedures4.4.7 Review the Assessment ProcessFeedback on the assessment process will be helpful to the assessment centre, so areview the assessment process by the assessor is valuable.
