You Must Sign Up Online for CEU Classes!
Visit www.beautyclassicshow.biz and from the Attendee Menu select “Continuing Education Classes”.
Please read carefully before you sign up for classes.
1. You must purchase a Professional Two-Day Registration in order to
sign up for continuing education classes.
2. To schedule classes, all attendees must visit our website at
www.beautyclassicshow.biz and select “Continuing Education
Classes” (Please note: This is the ONLY way to confirm your class
schedule in advance.)
3. Please note that classes cannot be scheduled back-to-back.
4. Each Mid-American Beauty Classic class includes 1 continuing
education hour, with a maximum of 4 classes on Sunday and 4 classes
on Monday.
5. Please schedule your classes using the codes located throughout this
show preview.

Who is allowed to attend the Mid-American Beauty Classic?
The Mid-American Beauty Classic is only open to beauty industry professionals
and students. All attendees may be required to present a photo ID along with
one of the following credentials:
� Salon or Spa business license denoting Salon ownership
� Cosmetology School ID card
� Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Esthetician, Massage Therapist license
� Sally’s Professional Card (red)
� Cosmetology School business or state license
� Distributor Store Card

Am I allowed to bring my children to the show?
The Mid-American Beauty Classic gives the professional an opportunity to
experience and learn. Due to insurance liabilities and also with respect to your
professional peers, children of any age will not be permitted on the show floors
or into the educational components.
What should I do if I lose my show registration?
You will be required to purchase another show registration to gain entry into the
show.
Are refunds available if I purchase my registration but am not able to
attend the show?
All registration sales are final, no refunds will be issued. Your registration may
be exchanged for the Mid-American Beauty Classic’s next event by calling
800-335-7469.

Am I allowed to smoke inside the Convention Center?
No, in compliance with the Columbus Clean Air Act, smoking inside is prohibited
by the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Designated smoking areas
outside the building will be marked.

Class Registration Policies
6. There are NO guarantees on class availability. Seating is limited.
7. Beauty Industry Professionals MUST stay for the duration of the class
in order to receive a Continuing Education certificate.
8. Credit may only be awarded once for each class. Attending two classes
with the same title does not constitute receiving double CEUs.
9. Students cannot sign up for classes, but may attend on an available
seating basis.
10. Classes are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve
basis. Sign up early to confirm your seat.
11. Don’t forget to print out your class schedule after you sign up
online.
Am I able to bring my camera?
No photography or videotaping of the Mid-American Beauty Classic or its Educational
Program is allowed without prior permission from Show Management.
Is there a public paging system?
No, if attending the show with friends in the industry, be sure to set a specific
time and place to meet.

Do I need to pre-register for classes?
Classes are included with your show registration and are available on a firstcome,
first-serve basis. Workshops with separate fees are limited by the number
of seats in the room.
How can I make travel arrangements to attend the show?
To make travel arrangements, please contact the hotels listed on page 28 and
don’t forget to mention that you are with the Mid-American Beauty Classic.
Onsite Resources
Will there be a location for me to hold my purchases?
Yes, have someone hold your products. Visit our Product Check location at the
show. No strollers or pull carts allowed on the show floor.
What if I need special assistance at the show?
To ensure your participation in the Mid-American Beauty Classic is enjoyable and
meaningful, please contact Premiere Show Group at 800-335-7469 at least three
weeks prior to the show.

What am I required to bring with me?
Bring plenty of business cards and your beauty industry credentials. The Mid-
American Beauty Classic show is a time for networking and contact information
should always be available. To purchase products, you may be asked to verify that
you are a beauty industry professional or student of the beauty industry.
What should I wear?
Clothing should be comfortable, yet professional. We suggest wearing business
casual clothing, but pack some comfortable pieces if you plan to visit area attractions.
