� Prior to 1995 the I<strong>CFE</strong> Board granted the <strong>CFE</strong> designation to individuals who were grandfathered into the <strong>CFE</strong> program. In<br />
addition, the I<strong>CFE</strong> Board has granted Honorary <strong>CFE</strong>s to a number of individuals. Since 1995, the I<strong>CFE</strong> Board has stopped<br />
the practice of grandfathering and has limited the granting of Honorary <strong>CFE</strong>s.<br />
