And the Clerkof Council of the city of Savannah is hereby directedto mark the said statement and assessment roll filedas of this date, and to enter the same on the minutesof council for due authentication and preservation.Sec. 2. Be it further ordained, That the Treasurerof the city of Savannah is hereby directed to makeout and send to the property owners a bill for the respectiveamounts due by them as provided by thesaid ordinance. Should the said bills be not paidwithin thirty days from the date of bill, then it shallbe the duty of the Treasurer to issue executions asprovided for by the city ordinance, which shall bemade and levied as are executions for city taxes.Sec. 3.
