And the Clerk of Councilof the city of Savannah is hereby directed to markthe said statement and assessment roll filed as of thisdate and to enter the same on the minutes of councilfor due authentication and preservation.Sec. 2. Be it further ordained, That the Treasurerof the city of Savannah is hereby directed to makeout and send to the property owners a bill for therespective amounts due by them, as provided by thesaid ordinance. Should the said bills be not paidwithin thirty (30) days from the date of the bill thenit shall be the duty of the Treasurer to issue executionsas provided for by the said ordinance, whichshall be made and levied as are executions for citvVtaxes.Sec. 3.
