Upon theconsideration and adoption of said statement andassessment roll by the Council of the city of Savannah,it shall then become the duty of the CityTreasurer to send to the abutting property ownerstheir proper bill for the same as it may be ascertainedby the City Council, and, if such bill so sentbe not paid within thirty (30) days after the presentationor sending of the same, it shall then becomethe duty of the City Treasurer to issue an executionfor the amount, together with costs, against the personsand property aforesaid, which execution shallbe made and levied out of the property describedtherein as are executions for city taxes.Sec. 4.
