Thesaid statement and assessment roll shall also showthe amount payable by a railroad company, andshould such company fail and refuse to pay a bill forthe same thirty (30) days after the presentation orsending of the same, it shall be the duty of the CityTreasurer to issue an execution against said companyand its property for said bill, together with costs,which shall be made and levied as are executions forcity taxes.Sec. 5.
