Be it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermenof the city of Savannah, in Council assembled,That the Health Officer of the city of Savannah,under the direction and control of the Board of SanitaryCommissioners for the said city, be and he ishereby authorized to placard infected houses in casesof infectious and contagious diseases found in saidhouses, whether the same be located in the corporatelimits of the city of Savannah or within two miles ofthe said corporate limits.Sec. 2.
