Floyd is herebyplaced on the retired roll and shall receive an an ntfalpension from the treasury of the city of Savannah,payable as are the salaries of police officers, duringhis lifetime, of one-half of the full salary now receivedby him as sergeant of police.Sec. 2. Be it further ordained, That all ordinancesand parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinanceare hereby repealed.Ordinance passed May 1st, 1901.Requiring Pawnbrokers and Junk. Dealers to MakeReports to the Superintendent of Police.An ordinance to require pawnbrokers and junkdealers to make reports, under existing ordinances, tothe Superintendent of Police.Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermenof the city of Savannah, in council assembled,That the reports from pawnbrokers required by theordinance passed March 27, 1895, entitled "An ordinanceto require reports from pawnbrokers," and thereports from junk dealers required by the ordinancepassed Dee. 18, 1895, entitled "An ordinance to requirereports from junk dealers," shall be made tothe Superintendent of Police of the city of Savannahunder the terms and provisions of the said two ordinancesand as required therein and subject, in theevent of a failure to make the said reports, to the painsand penalties expressed in the said two ordinances.Sec. 2. Be it further ordained, That all ordinancesand parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinanceare hereby repealed.Ordinance passed April 17th, 1901.
