Okarma of the city of Savannah to erect four (4)two-story wooden metal roof buildings on the easternportion of lot No. 43 Crawford ward (two (2) on Perrystreet and two facing the lane), as asked for in hispetition of Jan. 23, 1901.Sec. 2. Be it further ordained, That all ordinancesand parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinanceare hereby repealed.Ordinance passed February 20, 1901.Granting Permit to Fred Asendorf.An ordinance to grant the permit herein mentionedfor the improvement of the property herein mentioned.Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermenof the City of Savannah, in Council assembled,That the petition of Fred Asendorf to remodel,repair and improve wooden houses on the northernhalf of lot 33 Columbia ward, and recommended bythe Committee oft Fire, be and the same is herebygranted.Sec. 2. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermenof the City of Savannah, in Council assembled,That from and after the passage of this ordinanceit shall be the duty of each of the clerksemployed in the office of the Treasurer of the Cityof Savannah to give a bond for the faithful dischargeof his duties, payable to the Mayor and Aldermen ofthe city of Savannah, in the sum of $5,000, and theporter employed in the said office to give a similarbond in the sum of $2,000.
