Be it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermenof the City of Savannah, in Council assembled,That permission is hereby given to WilliamRoche to improve and remodel house No. 115 Yorkstreet, west, situated on west half of lot No. 3 (Belithaty thing), Heathcote ward, by changing thepresent building so as to convert it into a one-storyframe house 23x60; same to be raised 12 ieet fromthe level of the lot and built upon brick or stone columns,roof to be covered with metal, upon conditionthat all shingle roofs on this lot shall be removedand tin be substituted.
