The Department of Environment monitorsRiver and Lake Conservation Projects, implements various notifications andprotocols including the Coastal Regulation Zone Notification at State Level,generates awareness among students through Eco-Clubs and NGC projectsand disseminates environmental information on state of environment andrelated issues.272
