objektov s prilagoditvijo le-teh conam za pešce.V tej zvezi je pomembno omeniti projekte manjgosto naseljenih območij v Veliki Britaniji,Nemčiji in Franciji ali tradicijo italijanskearhitekture, ki skuša graditi usklajeno z žeobstoječimi objekti.Projektiranje infrastrukturnih objektov naobmočjih, kjer je varstvo krajine čedalje boljusmerjeno v gradnjo spektakularnih turističnihobmočij ali v razvoj določene vrste izjemnegaizraza naravnega in družbenega pomena, kažetendenco po privzemanju drugačnih konotacijpri opredeljevanju odnosa do krajine, ko gre zaže obstoječe objekte in vpliv. V prvem primeruje lahko pomembno izhodišče (referenca) zadostopnost do parkov izkušnja ameriških cest alifrancoskih »komediantov«, čeprav je treba pritem upoštevati določeno mero kritike.V drugem primeru so lahko pomembni razlogiza skrivanje novih infrastrukturnih ojektov predpogledi, toda tudi v tem primeru lahko obstajapotreba po ponovnem odkrivanju tradicijearhitekture, ki se dobro vklaplja v že obstoječoarhitekturo, vendar ne da bi jo pri tem skušalaposnemati.Nikoli se ne smemo prenehati zavedatispreminjajoče kvalitete meja med tema dvemastrategijama za varstvo krajinske dediščine, sajuspeh druge polaga temelj za prvo; razvoj prvena naseljenem območju, zgrajenem na taknačin kot italijansko ozemlje, redko izključujedruge razsežnosti varstva istovetnosti in/alikulturne dediščine.Pomembne razlike prav tako nastajajo vmožnem odnosu med krajino in infrastrukturona manj gosto naseljenih območjih, kjer lahkoobstajajo nekateri nenadzorovani procesiodpravljanja naselij in ponovne naturalizacijetako območij kot Padske doline, kjer je zadržana(omejena) raven urbanizacije povezana z močjonekaterih specializiranih kmetijskih proizvodov.V prvem primeru se lahko načrtovanje noveinfrastrukture bolje izvede na podlagi ocenevpliva na okolje v prizadevanjih za zmanjšanjevpliva na najmanjšo mero, ne da bi pri temomejevali procese ponovne naselitve faune inflore ali povzročili nestabilnost v ideografskimreži. In the former case the experience ofthe American roads for accessibility to parks, orthe French »comedians«, may be a valuable reference,even if there are some criticisms to beconsidered.In the latter case the reasons for keeping thenew infrastructures out of sight may be relevant,but also in this case there may be a need to rediscoverthe tradition of an architecture that fitsinto the pre-existing one without, however, tryingto imitate it.Awareness of the changing quality of the confinesbetween these two strategies for the protectionof landscape heritage must never be lost,since the success of the latter lays the foundationfor the former, the development of theformer in an inhabited area constructed in sucha way as the Italian territory is, rarely rules outother dimensions of protection of identity and/or cultural heritage.Meaningful differences also emerge in the possiblerelation between landscape-infrastructurein the less densely populated territories wherethere may be some uncontrolled processes ofdivestment of settlements and re-naturalisation245Delavnica 3 / Workshop 3
