Nomads ClubThe Nomads are theclub designed to bring newOsman Shriners and theirLadies into a social clubsituation and give themopportunities to participatein the fund raisingactivities of Osman Shrine.Bob GolderWe further plan to presentprograms that will let ourmembers know about the events andactivities of other clubs and units.Our December meeting was held atAngelo’s Pizza in South Saint Paul, socialhour from 6 – 7 pm and the meetingstarted at 7:00 p.m. The wait staff was greatand the food was great.Attendance: Bob Golder (President),Carol Golder, Joe Kivens (Sec/Tres), Dave& Becky Boguslawski, Ed & PaulineWitter, Kerry McKnight, Jeff Olsen(Divan), Scott Osterberg, Mark Hughes,Gale and Marilyn Campbell and DaveSingewaldAnnual report for 2012 has been alreadysubmitted to Osman office.Officer election: Bob Golder wasnominated and there was a second toOsman Cycle Corpsbecome the President. Motion passedJoe Kivens was nominated and there wasa second to become the Vice President.Motion passedScott Osterberg was nominated andthere was a second to become theSecretary/Treasurer. Motion passed.Jeff Olsen (Divan, High Priest andProphet) installed the three new officers.Motion and second for the Nomads totake over the memorabilia booth at theCircus. Going forward the Nomads willsupply manpower for the booth.Next meeting will be on ThursdayJanuary 10 at 6:00 pm social start time.Location of this meeting will be AngelosPizza in South Saint Paul.Please always make sure to check theOsman for information about the Nomadsand all other events.All new Osman Shriners areautomatically considered to be members ofthe Nomads. First-year dues are free tothese new members and are minimal toother members of Osman Shrine.
