Figure 1-2 below sets out forecast development growth across thestudy area, which total an additional 1,137,363 sqm (GIA) of business, 441,933 sqm(GIA) of retail and 105,458 sqm (GIA) of leisure floorspace (Section 2.3 below elaboratesupon our methodology for collating such information and its limitations).13 As noted above, this is based on housing trajectory rates as discussed as opposed to the GLA‟s populationprojections.
