"... Whosoever..." It does not say Christian or non-Christian;whosoever means whosoever. In other words: sayit, believe it, and it will come to pass.Then Jesus reiterated this truth in verse 24.Mark 11:24:There<strong>for</strong>e I say unto you, What things soever yedesire, when ye pray, believe that ye receivethem, and ye shall have them.The law of believing is the greatest law in the Wordof God: whosoever says it, whosoever believes, willact and receive.35
