Availability, Receivability,Usabilityto do after we have received what is available. Thereare people who know what is available and they knowhow to receive something; but when it comes toknowing what to do with it after they have it, theyare entirely at a loss and especially so on the subjectof the holy spirit. To find proper usage we must againgo to the Word of God.I believe that the Word of God is the Will of Godand that if we are going to know the will of God, wemust go back to the Word of God.
