If any other Greek word were used <strong>for</strong>the word "with" except pros, the whole Bible wouldcrumble. The word pros means "together with, yet distinctlyindependent of." That is exquisite semanticaccuracy. Jesus Christ in the beginning was togetherwith God, yet He was distinctively independent ofHim. The written Word was originally with God, yetdistinctively independent of God.
