Diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and obesityare all risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease. It is important tomake healthy food choices, reduce stress, be active and avoidsmoking and excessive alcohol consumption.• Protect your head – brain injuries, including repeated concussions,can be linked to the development of Alzheimer’sdisease.
