(1) For each rental car company there are two agreements: a concession agreement <strong>and</strong> a lease agreement. Both agreements for each company commenced January 1, 2009 <strong>and</strong> have one five-year<br />

option to extend. Revenue reflects only the concession lease. The total MAG under the concession agreements is equal to $30,869,751.<br />

(2) The terms <strong>of</strong> this lease include two one-year options to extend. The <strong>Commission</strong> may exercise the first one-year option on or before June 30, 2010.<br />

(3) Doing business as Avis Rent-A-Car <strong>and</strong> Budget Rent-A-Car.<br />

(4) Doing business as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent-A-Car <strong>and</strong> National Car Rental.<br />

(5) In 2003 Vanguard Car Rental USA Inc. purchased the “Alamo Rent-A-Car” <strong>and</strong> “National Car Rental” br<strong>and</strong> names from ANC Rental Corporation.<br />

(8) Assumes Host-Retail <strong>and</strong> Books Inc. will continue operations into calendar year 2010 in “hold-over” status.<br />

(9) Bay Area Restaurant Group operates various restaurants within the <strong>Airport</strong>, each with 10-year leases from the commencement date at each location.<br />

(10) The <strong>Commission</strong> has issued a request for proposals to provide WiFi service at the <strong>Airport</strong>. Until a new concessionaire is selected, WiFi service will continue to be provided by T-Mobile on a<br />

month-to-month contract.<br />

(11) Assumes WiFi lease agreement terminate on 2/28/10 with no replacement <strong>and</strong> wireless phone service to continue its “hold-over” status into calendar year 2010.<br />

(12) Represents the aggregate concession revenue received from the approximately 180 additional concessionaires operating at the <strong>Airport</strong>.<br />
