(1) Provides international <strong>and</strong> domestic air passenger service at the <strong>Airport</strong>.<br />

(2) Delta Air Lines emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in April 2007 <strong>and</strong> continues its operations at the <strong>Airport</strong>. On April 14, 2008, Delta<br />

Air Lines Inc. (“Delta”) <strong>and</strong> Northwest Airlines Corporation (“Northwest”) announced an agreement in which the two carriers will merge into a<br />

new airline to be called Delta. The merger was approved by Delta <strong>and</strong> Northwest shareholders on September 25, 2008 <strong>and</strong> by the United States<br />

Department <strong>of</strong> Justice on October 29, 2008. Northwest was operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary <strong>of</strong> Delta until December 31, 2009 when the two<br />

airlines began operating under a single FAA operating certificate. The reservation systems <strong>of</strong> the two airlines are scheduled to merge on January<br />

31, 2010.<br />

(3) On October 1, 2009, Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. (“Republic”) completed its acquisition <strong>of</strong> Frontier Airlines Holdings pursuant to an auction<br />

process in the Frontier Airlines Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. Republic continues to operate the Frontier br<strong>and</strong> as a wholly-owned subsidiary.<br />

(4) Northwest Airlines emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in May 2007 <strong>and</strong> continues its operations at the <strong>Airport</strong>. On April 14, 2008,<br />

Delta <strong>and</strong> Northwest announced an agreement in which the two carriers will merge into a new airline to be called Delta. The merger was approved<br />

by Delta <strong>and</strong> Northwest shareholders on September 25, 2008 <strong>and</strong> by the United States Department <strong>of</strong> Justice on October 29, 2008. . Northwest<br />

was operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary <strong>of</strong> Delta until December 31, 2009 when the two airlines began operating under a single FAA operating<br />

certificate. The reservation systems <strong>of</strong> the two airlines are scheduled to merge on January 31, 2010.<br />

(5) Sun Country Airlines is owned <strong>and</strong> operated by MN Airlines LLC d/b/a Sun Country Airlines. Sun Country Airlines filed for Chapter 11<br />

bankruptcy on October 6, 2008 <strong>and</strong> continues operations at the <strong>Airport</strong>.<br />

(6) Under its plan <strong>of</strong> reorganization, which was effective in September 2005, US Airways created a new subsidiary (“US Airways Group, Inc.”) that<br />

merged into America West Holdings Corporation which became a wholly-owned subsidiary <strong>of</strong> US Airways Group, Inc.<br />

(7) Aer Lingus ceased operations at the <strong>Airport</strong> on October 25, 2009.<br />

(8) Japan Airlines filed for bankruptcy protection in January 2010 <strong>and</strong> continues operations at the <strong>Airport</strong>. See “SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL<br />

(9) The term “commuter air carrier” as used in this listing refers to those air carriers that primarily operate aircraft with 90 seats or fewer <strong>and</strong> provide<br />

service between two or more points at least five times per week.<br />

(10) American Eagle Airlines ceased operations at the <strong>Airport</strong> on November 18, 2009.<br />

(11) Mesa airlines filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in January 2010 <strong>and</strong> continues operations at the <strong>Airport</strong>. See “SAN FRANCISCO<br />

(12) SkyWest Airlines is a United Airlines <strong>and</strong> Delta Air Lines express carrier at the <strong>Airport</strong>. SkyWest Airlines became the United Express carrier at the<br />

<strong>Airport</strong> on June 1, 1998 <strong>and</strong> the Delta Connection carrier in April 1987.<br />
