The undersigned, a duly authorized officer of JPMorgan Chase Bank, National
Association (the “Bank”), hereby advises you, with reference to Irrevocable Transferable Letter
of Credit No. CPCS-777577 (the “Letter of Credit”; any capitalized term used herein and not
defined shall have its respective meaning as set forth in the Letter of Credit) issued by the Bank
in your favor, that an “Event of Termination” or an “Event of Default” has occurred under
Section 7.01 or 7.02 of the Letter of Credit and Reimbursement Agreement dated as of
February 1, 2010, between the Bank and the Airport Commission of the City and County of San
Francisco, and the Bank has elected to direct the Trustee to cause a mandatory tender of the
Bonds, whereby the Letter of Credit will terminate fifteen (15) days following the receipt by the
Trustee of this Notice of Event of Default.
