<strong>New</strong> <strong>England</strong> and <strong>Nova</strong> <strong>Scotia</strong> - General InformationReservationsReservations may be made directly to <strong>John</strong> Hall’s <strong>Alaska</strong> by mail, telephone, or in person.DepositsTo confirm your reservation please send a deposit of $500.00 per person within ten days of your reservation. To reserve your space by credit card, please contact our office.Final PaymentsFinal Payment must reach <strong>John</strong> Hall’s <strong>Alaska</strong> 75 days prior to tour departure date. If payment is not received on time, space may be released; re-booking will be subject to availability. Mastercard,Visa, Discover, American Express, and personal checks are acceptable forms of payment. A discount of $100 per person will be extended for tours paid by cash or check. ($500per person deposits may still be made by credit card).CancellationsIf a cancellation is made in writing at least 75 days prior to departure, a full refund will be made. For cancellations made less than 75 days prior to departure, the following per personcharges apply: 61-74 days - deposit amounts, 29-60 days - 50% of total charges; 15- 28 days - 75% of total charges, 14 days prior to departure, 100% of fare. In the event of interruption orcancellation of your tour after its commencement, there will be no refunds.Dining OptionsSalt-free, kosher, food allergies or any other special dietary meals must be requested at the time of booking. Comfortable walking shoes are a must (closed-toed shoes for ladies). You may wish to bring along an umbrella, alight raincoat and rain hat. Consider bringing a pair of gloves, a scarf or a hat. Many guests enjoy having a small pair of binoculars along during their tour. Each evening of your cruise, theprogram for the following day will be delivered to your room, announcing that evening’s suggested dress code in the main dining room. In cases of substitution, a comparable quality service willbe used.
