But then they come out of the meetingand they go home to nagging wives, unsaved husbands, fussingmothers-in-law, yapping kids, disobedient, noisy neighbors nextdoor with their windows up and television blaring away wakingyour baby.... And basically, life is full — ablaze with situations.Now those situations have to be married to your revelation. Yougot your revelation. Now come out of the meeting and enterinto situation. So we say, “Meetings never end.” The flat tire, theleaky tap, the noisy nosy neighbor next door — life’s full of challenges.And if your revelation doesn’t marry to your situation,you haven’t got it.In our meetings at Bron Wendon, I say, “Alright, we’ll break formationnow.” And when we break formation, the meeting continues.Now you apply your revelation to your situation.“It wasn’t you, it was God.”As I look back over more than 70 years as a Christian, I sometimesfeel as if I am dreaming and will soon awaken, hardly believingthat all these years have gone by.
