Think of the glory of Brahmacharyaand its marvellous benefits and the troubles brought about bylust. lf a desire arises to injure any one, think of love and itsbenefits. lf the habit of telling lies again manifests, think of theadvantages of speaking truth and disadvantages of utteringfalsehood. ln this way, you can remove all defects by developingcounter virtues or habituating the mind to contraries.
