Again in theGita (Vl-13) it is mentioned:'Let him firmly hold his body, head,neck erect and still, gazing at the tip of his nose, and not lookingaround."Greater emphasis is given in all the scriptures for keepingup the head, chest and body erect and steady. ln the beginningstages of practice of concentration and meditation, theSadhakas are particular to see that the head, neck, chest andbody are erect.
