These products are typically of European origin and have beenmanufactured, finished and packaged using the latest technology. These are equal in quality to most brandedproducts.Represents medium quality products which have been made with precision tools and processes. They aregenerally European/Chinese products which have been made by hot stamping, pressure die-casting andhave high-quality finishes.Represents entry level products which are generally sourced from India and the Far East. These productsare cost-effective volume produced goods that are hand-made by traditional processes. These productsare typically gravity cast products and cold stamped steel products. Products fitted externally, or in an environmentwhere chemical agents may be present, will tarnish much quicker as the lacquer breaks down. For thesereasons the life of lacquer can vary and cannot therefore be guaranteed. To prevent tarnishing, werecommend cleaning brass products with soapy water, or wiping them with a soft cloth with beeswax. If theproduct starts to tarnish, we recommend that the lacquer is fully removed using Nitromores. Once thelacquer is removed, wipe any residue away, and use brasso of similar to restore the finish. The surface caneither be re lacquered or maintained with Brasso.All other finishes - For all other hardware finishes, we recommend periodic cleaning with a soft damp clothto remove surface deposits. Adding a wax polish after cleaning will help to maintain the appearance andprotect the surface from corrosive deposits.
