Provided that nosuitshalllieunder thissection inrespect ofIhe land or other immovable property, which is or has heen theubjectmatter oftheproceedings under section7ofthisActunderwhichthe question oftitle hasbeen raised and decided or underdjudication.(2) The procedure for deciding the suits under sub-section1)shallbethe same aslaiddowninthe Code ofCivil~rocedure,908(5of 1908).13AA.
