Tom Pitschneider – Shakopee Fire MarshalMr. Pitschneider reported he is not aware of any environmental issues beyond those alreadyidentified within the Limited Phase I ESA.7.0 FINDINGS7.1 Database ReviewThe Limited Phase I ESA was conducted to identify, to the extent possible, potential contamination inthe road improvement corridor. There are no high or moderate potential sites identified. There are13 low potential sites identified for the ESA. The Scott County Environmental Health Database wasverified to be current and correct.
