J. F. Creameries.Agriculture.The Iroquois County Times was firstestablished at Onarga, <strong>Illinois</strong>, and was movedto Watseka in 1871, Reiser's interest in <strong>the</strong>piper having been bought by Charles Drurrm.In 1S72 Mat<strong>the</strong>w H. Peters purchased <strong>the</strong>paper, selling it in 1874 to Otto H. Wengelin.August Langellicr became <strong>the</strong> proprietor <strong>the</strong>following year and sold it back to Mat<strong>the</strong>wM. P. Kiiis Peters in 1878. After several years <strong>of</strong> ownership,Peters sold to Edwin Beard from whomMat<strong>the</strong>w P. Kelly purchased <strong>the</strong> paper in 1900. Mr. Kelly formeda partnership with C. W. Hinton in 1918, which is still in effect.The Iroquois County Times is published every Friday, and is Republicanin politics.Circulation, 4000.Advertising rate: local, 30c; foreign, 35c and 40c.Subscription rate: local, $2.00; foreign, $2.50.WATSEKA REPUBLICAN: Established 1856 by J.
