Snivel).Springfield.The Suburban (Chicago) Publishers' Association was organized in this year, 1914,with Rav Peacock <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Jefferson Park Jeffersonian as president. The organization wasan outgrowth <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> old Cook County Press Association. Thirty publishers attended<strong>the</strong> first meeting which was held at <strong>the</strong> Morrison Hotel.
