Thearmed group fired upon their assorted high powered firearms towardsthe houses of innocent civilians wherein thirteen (13) were woundedand twelve (12) others were killed while eight (8) house were totallyburned still perpetrated by the above-named suspects.On March 5, 2010, charges forMultiple Murder, Multiple FrustrateMurder, Robbery in Band and Arson(8 counts) were filed before theBasilan Provincial Prosecutors Officedocketed under I.S.
